This is not a fake review…promise!,
Ok, I feel like a dummy. I fell for another weight loss product. When I purchase things, I always read reviews and count on people to be honest about their experience with a product. I believe that most of the reviews here are made up, likely by the company selling it. It is a shame that Amazon does not have a plan in place to ensure reviews are left by customers who actually purchased the product. Sort of makes me not want to buy from Amazon anymore if I can’t count on the reviews of others to be legitimate. I agree, that Beibermania or the Art of Bridal Makeup, are strange things for most of these reviewers to have in common. But, whatever, I still fell for it. I received my order last week. I took one pill, and within 20 minutes thought I was going to have a heart attack. The nervousness and jitters lasted well into the following morning. But do I give up on it…no. Instead I decided to open the capsules up and dump about 3/4 of the stuff down the drain. This seems to help with the jitters and feeling of wanting to crawl out of my skin. As for weight loss…well, I have lost 1 lb. in the last 3 days, but that could also be because that one full dose pill made me feel so ill that I couldn’t eat or else I’d throw up. I am on my second pill that only has 1/4 of the powder in it. We’ll see how that goes. Oh, and by the way…most of these reviews do not say “Amazon Verified Purchase”, I should have paid more attention before buying.

|For the sake of your life – DO NOT TAKE!!!,
I bought this, thinking that I would take the easy way out. Stupid. I did also order the P90x to workout in conjuction. Mind you, I only have 20 pounds left to lose. But with work and kids, I keep bouncing around ten pounds, but I am only 20 from my final destination.
I lost 107 pounds after giving birth to my son, pure exercise, got down to a very tiny 128. After having my daughter, I just did not have the time to lose all the weight as I did previously.
PROS: none. The concept is awesome, but these are not healthy
CONS:
1. Speed up your heart rate too much
2. Speed up your mind too much – made me very agitated and cranky. I actually yelled at several customers over the weekend because of it!
3. Made me light headed and dizzy to the point that I couldn not even complete a normal workout
Save your heart and mind and body – follow a good diet and exercise program and take a good vitamin, skip the hyped up diet pills.

I bought this product thinking that it was worth a go. It didn’t work, I work out 4 days a week, eat a calorie restricted diet and did not lose any weight (as a side note I am significantly overweight so losing weight shouldn’t have been too difficult). Also this product made me feel shakey and gave me what almost felt like a nervous energy. Not recommended. On top of that, when I went to get my money back the produce had disappeared and I cannot seem to contact the seller to get my money back. This is a scam! Don’t waste your money
